Once your order is confirmed, our team will have you connected within 10 working days. The actual installation typically takes 1-2 hours and is done by one of our certified engineers.
Do I need a phone line? +
No! WebWorld fibre broadband doesn't require a phone line. Our service runs entirely over the NBI fibre network, so you only pay for the internet you need.
What equipment do I get? +
Every plan includes a high-quality dual-band router (minimum Wi-Fi 6) at no extra cost. Premium and Ultrawave plans include an enterprise-grade router for the best possible performance.
What's the minimum contract length? +
All our plans come with a 12-month contract. This allows us to offer competitive pricing and includes free installation and equipment.
Can I change my plan later? +
Yes, you can upgrade your plan at any time at no charge. Downgrades are subject to a 25 euro admin fee. Contact us and we'll sort it out within 24 hours.
Is there a setup fee? +
Installation is completely free on all plans. There's a 100 euro setup fee which is included in your first month invoice, covering the engineer visit and connection costs.
What happens if I have a problem? +

Can I keep my existing email address? +
Yes! We can help you migrate any existing email accounts to our platform. We offer custom email addresses tied to your domain name (e.g. you@yourbusiness.ie) as part of our hosting services.
How fast is the installation? +
After we confirm your coverage, installation typically happens within 10 working days. Our certified engineers handle everything and the actual install usually takes 1-2 hours.
What if I move house? +
If you're moving within our coverage area, we can transfer your service to your new address. Contact us at least 4 weeks before your move and we'll arrange everything for you.
Can I get a static IP address? +
Yes, we offer static IP addresses for business customers who need them. Contact our sales team for pricing and setup details.
Is there a data limit? +
No, all our plans come with unlimited data usage. You can download, stream, and work as much as you want without worrying about caps or throttling.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Direct Debit, Bitcoin, and Revolut. Payment is taken monthly by Direct Debit or card.
Can I cancel early? +
You can cancel during your contract period but early termination fees apply. After your 12-month contract ends, you can cancel with 30 days notice.
